KlevaKlip Concealed Fixing 10 Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing the KlevaKlip Concealed Fixing System. We are confident in the quality of our products and are proud to offer this warranty to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This non-transferable Warranty covers all KlevaKlip Concealed Fixing used in residential and commercial decking applications.

KlevaKlip warrants its Clips to be free of defects in material and workmanship. KlevaKlip will replace any KlevaKlip clip that has material defects resulting in steel failure or corrosion of the fastener within Ten years from date of purchase. This does not cover any cosmetic corrosion that does not have an adverse affect on the performance of the clip.

This warranty specifically excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, modification, improper installation (including, but not limited to, installing a clip material type otherwise than in accordance with KlevaKlips Zone Definition document a copy of which is available on our website under Fixing Instructions at klevaklip.com.au ) and treatment in a manner other than as intended. KlevaKlip's lone obligation is limited to replacement of the KlevaKlip product, and KlevaKlip shall have no further liability or obligation except as purposely stated in this document. This warranty does not cover costs of installation, removal, reinstallation, decking materials, or installation tools.

Failure to follow the instructions, requirements and recommendations, or warnings provided with the product shall make the warranty invalid. KlevaKlip reserves the right to investigate any claim. Decking applications using this product must comply with all local zoning and/ or building codes. KlevaKlip does not assume any risk or liability associated with the use of this product. Wearing proper safety equipment and other necessary action should be taken to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the project.

MAKING YOUR CLAIM

To make a claim under this warranty to receive replacement product, simply do the following:

•  A list of the type and number of clips for which the claim is made.
•  Proof of purchase of the product, or description of the purchase date and location.
•  Supporting photographic evidence and documentation.
